Returns

Computer Suplies:

Unopened computer supplies are returnable within 30 days. Items must also be returned with their original packaging. There are NO RETURNS on printer cartridges if the package is open. Please be sure to check the cartridge number BEFORE you open the package!!!

Electronics:

UNOPENED electronics are returnable within 30 days. (Exception: Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 days if defective.)

Software:

Unopened software products are returnable within 30 days. Opened software proven to be defective is only exchangeable for identical, same version software - please determine proper version (Mac or PC) at time of purchase.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT
