Returns

Computer Suplies:

Unopened computer supplies are returnable within 30 days. Items must also be returned with their original packaging. There are NO RETURNS on printer cartridges if the package is open. Please be sure to check the cartridge number BEFORE you open the package!!!

Electronics:

UNOPENED electronics are returnable within 30 days. (Exception: Opened merchandise may be returned within 30 days if defective.)

Hardware Software:

Unopened computer hardware and software may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Opened box returns will not be accepted unless product is determined defective by the manufacturer within 7 days of purchase.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT
